Shabbat Yoga

Monthly, 9:00 - 10:30 AM, Mermey Garden

Shabbat Morning Yoga is an ideal time to pause from our often-hectic lives to rest, breathe, and re-center ourselves. By slowing down, we become open to experiencing our body, mind, and soul as one. We’ll incorporate lessons from our great teachers related to the weekly Torah portion, the upcoming holiday, or related prayer.  With Yoga Instructors Jennifer Haas & Kyle Greenberg along with Rabbi Frankel as our guides, we'll explore how yoga enhances our Shabbat practice and supports us to embody Jewish teachings.

Bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
