8TH-9TH GRADE LT TEEN CHAMPS (October 19 from 6:30-8pm)

Join us on October 19th from 6:30-8pm for our 8th-9th grade dinner and social activity, LT Teen Champs! It will be a competition for all ages and have creative minds! Register for the event here

Midnight Run Sandwich Making (October 23 from 1-5pm)

Join LarFTY in making sandwiches for Midnight Run, an organization that provides food and other materials to those who are homeless in New York City. This is open to all 9th-12th grade teens, and we look forward to seeing you there! Register for the event here.

8th-9th Grade Day Trip to NYC (November 14)

After KESHER, join us on a Jewish history tour of the Lower East Side Manhattan. We will learn about famous Jewish immigrants, walk the sites where Jewish life thrived, and spend some free time in New York City! Contact Rabbi Rudin or Yael Greene for more details. Registration link coming soon!

10th Grade Confirmation Trip to Washington DC (January 7-9)

If you are a part of Rabbi Sirkman's confirmation class, you are invited to to join him and our Youth Engagement Coordinator, Yael Greene, to attend the L'taken Seminar with the Religious Action Center (RAC) in Washington DC. There, you will learn the significant connection between being Jewish and an advocate for social justice issues. You will also get to explore parts of DC with your friends and meet other Reform Jewish teens from around the country! Email Rabbi Sirkman, Rabbi Rudin, or Yael Greene for more details.

Join our High School youth group! Led by our teens, LarFTY offers programming designed and led by a peer-elected board. LarFTY has exciting programs available for all high schoolers, including: social action, religious, cultural, educational, and recreational activities. This year’s LarFTY calendar includes apple picking, an overnight shul-in, a comedy show, volunteering with the Fuller Center, and weekly Starbucks office hours.              What is NFTY?

NFTY, North American Federation of Temple Youth, is the high school youth movement of Union for Reform Judaism. For over sixty years, NFTY has offered thousands of young people the opportunity to explore and live Reform Judaism. LarFTY is a member of NFTY-NAR, New York Area Region, and all Larchmont Temple High schoolers are invited to participate in NFTY.
