Congregational COVID-19 Guidelines
As we follow NY State lifting of restrictions and as the COVID incidents continue to recede in our area, we are excited to share our new updated, and thankfully less restrictive guidelines.

These guidelines have been reviewed by our leadership and COVID Task Force.

  1. Unless fully vaccinated (two weeks post second or first in case of J&J vaccine), attendees at events and visitors must always wear a mask when visiting Larchmont Temple grounds and building.

    2. All unvaccinated attendees/visitors must complete the online Covid self-assessment (form attached) prior to entering and attendance shall constitute agreement to comply with the self-assessment.

    3. Security personnel will no longer check temperatures but will ask attendees/visitors to confirm that they are fully vaccinated or have completed the self-assessment.

    4. We will provide a section at indoor events with social distancing for unvaccinated attendees, any families who include unvaccinated members (i.e children under 12) and other attendees who prefer social distancing.

    5. Unvaccinated attendees/visitors will be asked to maintain social distancing from both vaccinated and other unvaccinated to the greatest extent possible.

    6. Unvaccinated attendees may remove mask when eating seating socially distanced from non-family members.

    7.  During family services, fully vaccinated attendees will be strongly encouraged to wear masks when circulating in the building [while not required by guidance, rule will help in modeling for children].

    8. Registration will be required for events where capacity limit is a concern based on consultation with Clergy, Executive Director and President.

Note:  LT reserves the right to change, reverse, or tighten restrictions at any time, in order to comply with guidelines or best practices or to protect the public health and the wellbeing of our community.
High Holy Days: We are pleased to announce that we will have In person services in the Sanctuary and the Garden and will send out specifics in the next few weeks.
As we look forward to coming back to our spiritual home, the Task Force has worked diligently to help make this possible, and encourages everyone who is eligible to receive the vaccine if they have not already.
We trust that the members of our community will follow these protocols and make choices that work best for their health and well-being, so we can all enjoy a robust level of participation and celebration at Larchmont Temple.
