The Brotherhood will be packaging the Yom Hashoah candles for mailing. Food and drinks will be served and we invite LT members of all ages to assist with this important project. We will be done by 4:00 PM — in time for the viewing of "The Sharp’s War: Defying the Nazis," the Holocaust documentary featured in this year's Brotherhood Film Festival in Axelrod.

A film by Ken Burns and and Artemis Joukowsky, tells the story of Rev. Waitsill and his wife Martha Sharp, an American couple from Massachusetts, and their courageous mission in 1939 to help refugees escape Nazi-occupied Europe. Artemis Joukowsky is their grandson and will be the Brotherhood guest speaker on Sunday, April 23. Mr. Joukowsky will be sharing his family’s experience and the impact it had on their lives.
